MAXIMISER

MAXIMISE YOUR POTENTIAL FUNDING

MAXIMISE YOUR GROWTH

The MAXIMISER analysis maximises possible permutations of all ACFI Complex Health Care procedures to help you realise the best possible result.  It is incredible for unlocking the ongoing full potential of a facility, by providing a maximal funding guide and the relevant optimal staff ratios that is needed achieve this.

We guide your staff to provide us with the information we need for our analysis. This keeps your costs minimal and ensures those who know the residents best are central to the process.

The MAXIMISER benefits are:

  • Alerts you to redundant procedures to allow you to maximise your service provision.

  • Allows providers and facilities to recruit more staff or increase hours (RN, physiotherapist) safe in the knowledge funding will easily cover the costs of these positions.

  • Provides details on the most efficient staffing ratios to achieve the best result for your facility, taking into account relevant hourly rates.

  • Allows you to implement a structured improvement in your claims, at a time and pace to suit you. Your staff and management remain in control of submissions and can ensure any other Domain increases claimed are appropriate.

  • Unlocks significant potential funding that may not have even been considered.

  • No risk to the Facility - if the annual increase does not cover the fee, there is no charge.

How the MAXIMISER process works:

1. Initial Data Set

Once your Facility has booked an available assessment commencement date, we request one of your ACFI team complete an Initial Data Set prior to commencement.

2. Initial Reviews

After our initial analysis, we will request confirmation of any required correlations, preferences, suggestions or anomalies that require your attention.

3. Check Reviews

As we near the completion of the MAXIMISER Report, we check your Facility is satisfied with the variable components of suggested uplifts. There may be a medical, behavioural or personal reason one of your residents may not be suitable for a particular procedure or intervention. If we know this now, we can ensure the Final Report is highly accurate.

4. MAXIMISER Report

A detailed final report is produced with comprehensive results to provide you with a clear path to improving your ACFI and service delivery. We also provide a Current Performance Percentage of both Procedures and Staffing to clarify the scope for improvement in funding and service.

The time taken to complete the MAXIMISER is usually one week, dependent on variables including the complexity of uplifts and the speed of response to requested Facility information.
